» NewsPromotion for DCWith effect 2 Oct 11, PI Poynter is promoted to the rank of SI. As 236 is a Household Cavalry unit, this is synonymous with the rank of Corporal of Horse. 9th December 2011 New detachment commander
236 Kensington's acting detachment commander, SI Basirov, has left the unit to join the Royal Navy. As of 12 September, PI Poynter is the new acting DC.
